    Cinnamon Roll. This is pretty well balanced between a cinnamon and a lightly raw dough, doesn’t taste fully cooked, almost like you took them out of the oven 5 minutes to soon. The cinnamon comes through on the inhale and I’m getting a slight sweetness to it (icing?) almost like powdered sugar. The roll isn’t bad, it probably could use some help. It’s not a smack you in the face cinnamon. It’s not bad. Can definitely be built on to create a nice cinnamon roll that’s complete.
