    Unique, Useful, Understated

    Tangy candy lime with a gummy mouthfeel. Sits low in a mix like WF Lime, or the lime in Capella Lemon-Lime. Similar strength and smooth citrus-y character to these. But this is definitely gummy, with a sparkling tartness that makes it distinctly a key lime. The gummy aspect works well in a key lime pie, and this mixes amazingly well with FA Florida Key Lime.
