Shipping & Returns



At this time, DIY Vapor Supply only accepts orders and ships to US addresses (including APO/FPO) using the United States Postal Service.

DIY Vapor Supply strives to ship your order as quickly as possible to you! All orders are processed and shipped within a 1-2 business day processing time frame, regardless of the shipping option selected. Orders received before 4:00 PM Eastern Standard Time will typically ship the same day (Monday - Friday). Processing time is not included in your shipping option, therefore an order shipped using next day air will arrive in one business day from the day it is shipped.


Orders are shipped Monday through Friday during our normal business schedule. Orders placed Friday after 3:00 PM EST, or on Saturday and Sunday are will ship the following Monday.


DIY Vapor Supply closes for the below holidays:

  • Memorial Day (May)
  • Independence Day (July 4th)
  • Labor Day (September)
  • Thanksgiving Day and the following Friday
  • Christmas Eve and Christmas Day (December 24th & 25th)
  • New Years Eve and New Years Day (December 31st & January 1st)

Depending on which day some of these holidays fall we may close for additional days. Orders placed during these holiday periods will be shipped the next business day. Please keep in mind if that day is a Thursday and/or Friday, the next business day would be the following Monday. If you have questions regarding the above information please Contact Us.


Order Status - The status of your order can be found under 'View Order Status', in 'My Account'.

Local Pickup is only for those in the Metro Detroit area, or however far you are willing to drive to visit. Orders will be ready for pickup within 24 hours.

Be advised that once an order leaves our facility it is out of our control. DIY Vapor Supply cannot guarantee shipping times due to unforeseen circumstances or delays on the delivery couriers behalf, no matter the shipping method selected, including overnight and priority mail.

Returns Policy

You may return UNOPENED and UNUSED items for a full refund or store credit within 7 days of purchase, minus any shipping fee's. You may not return e-juice, liquid products, opened atomizers, powders, crystals, or DIY ingredients for safety/hygiene reasons and therefore those products are NON-REFUNDABLE.


If you are returning a product for a refund, we may charge up to a 50% restocking fee if the original product is not returned in brand new condition along with the original packaging and accessories for the product. If the product you are returning is found to be defective you will not be charged a restocking fee.

If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item. Products shipped as returns to us, without prior approval will not be refunded.


Promotional Terms & Conditions: When a promotional item(s) is included in the original transaction is not returned, the value of the promotional item(s) will be deducted from the refund amount.


You will be responsible for the return shipping charges to us. Please note that all Shipping charges are NON REFUNDABLE.


If you decide to return a product and originally received free shipping, you will be responsible for the shipping cost associated with initial delivery. ALL SHIPPING COSTS ARE NON REFUNDABLE.
