Shipping

DIY Vapor Supply ships to US addresses only (including APO/FPO) using the United States Postal Service. Canadian orders/shipping will be added soon - As well as European orders by the end of the year!

DIY Vapor Supply takes great pride in shipping your order as quickly as possible! All in stock orders are usually processed and shipped the same business day, or within a 1-2 business day processing time frame, regardless of the shipping option selected. Orders received before 3:00 PM Eastern Standard Time normally ship the same day (Monday - Saturday).

Free Shipping! - Orders over $75.00 USD (after any coupons, discounts and/or store credit) maybe eligible for free shipping (USA ONLY)! Some products are ineligible for free shipping,, and if included in your cart the option will not be available.

Order fulfillment - Although every attempt is made to ensure items available online are in stock, if an item that you ordered is out of stock - we will attempt to contact you via phone and/or email.

Please Note: Items that are offered exclusively in small sizes (for instance 10ml bottles of flavor concentrated), fluctuate in stock levels quickly - therefore if you plan to order 25 10mls of an item only offered in 10mls you may want to give us a quick call to check the availability.

Processing time is not included in your shipping option, therefore an order shipped using next day option should arrive one business day from the day it is shipped, not the day the order is placed.

Orders are shipped Monday through Saturday during our normal business schedule. Orders placed after 3:00 PM EST Saturday or Sunday will ship the following Monday afternoon, if not a holiday.

DIY Vapor Supply Holiday Hours:

  • Memorial Day (May)
  • Independence Day (July 4th)
  • Labor Day (September)
  • Thanksgiving Day and the following Friday
  • Christmas Eve and Christmas Day (December 24th & 25th)
  • New Years Eve and New Years Day (December 31st & January 1st)

Depending day of the week a holiday falls on, orders placed during that holiday period may not ship for additional day(s). Orders placed during these holiday periods will be shipped the next non-holiday business day. Example: For a holiday falling on a Thursday and/or Friday, the next business day would be the following Monday. Local Pickup is available for those in the State of Michigan, we are located in the Metro Detroit area. Please be aware that Pick Up orders follow the same guidelines as far as fulfillment and availability. Please wait for a confirmation email that your order is ready for pick up before attempting pick up.

Order Status - The status of your order can be found under 'View Order Status', in 'My Account'.

Be advised that once an order leaves our facility it is out of our control. DIY Vapor Supply cannot guarantee shipping times due to unforeseen circumstances or delays on the delivery couriers behalf, no matter the shipping method selected, including overnight and priority mail.

In the unfortunate event that your package is delayed in route, or tracking information is not updating, please contact the shipping provider.

Once an order is placed we can not alter or add to the order. Please be sure that the items you are purchasing are correct before placing an order.

Returns Policy

You may return UNOPENED and UNUSED items for a full refund or store credit within 7 days of purchase, minus any shipping fee's. You may not return e Liquid /Juice, flavor concentrated or other liquid products, opened atomizers, powders, crystals, or DIY ingredients for safety/hygiene reasons and therefore those products are NON-REFUNDABLE.

If you are returning a product for a refund that is outside of the scope above, we may charge up to a 25% restocking fee if the original product is not returned in brand new condition along with the original packaging, all accessories, manuals, etc  for the product. In this case if the product you are returning is found to be defective you will not be charged a restocking fee.


If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item. Products shipped as returns to us, without prior approval will not be refunded.

Promotional Terms & Conditions: When a promotional item(s) is included in the original transaction is not returned, the value of the promotional item(s) will be deducted from the refund amount.

You will be responsible for return shipping charges to us. Please note that all Shipping charges are NON REFUNDABLE.

If you decide to return a product and originally received free shipping, you will be responsible for the shipping cost associated with initial delivery. ALL SHIPPING COSTS ARE NON REFUNDABLE.

DIY Vapor Supply makes every attempt to ensure that your order is correct before leaving our facility. We are more than happy to correct any mistakes on our part - via replacement items, store credit, etc.

Requests for replacements of flavorings based on taste, smell, color, viscosity, 'bubbles', etc are determined on a case to case basis. Since flavor concentrates usage are entirely subjective - if something tastes "wrong", try using it at a lower percentage... and you might just find exactly what you were looking for after all.
