    This smells like berries and bakery out of the bottle. Scent is very nice. I get some cakiness from it, a moist cake. I used this at 1.5% with 2% Fluffy white cake WF blended some strawberries, a drop or 2 of lemon, 1% sweet cream, .40% frosting FLV and super sweet. A little super sweet.. It reminds me of the slices of loaf cake with a light buttercream drizzle/icing that you’d get in a high end coffee shop. I wasn’t sure what to expect with this flavor but I think it’ll be useful in a lot of bakery flavors, It’s almost muffin like, so it’s not dry. I think this paired with just about any cake/cake batter will be great. Cinnamon would go great with the berry aspect of it. It might even be useful in some creams.
